Throughout our journey, we have welcomed visits and events with organisations focused on economic development, enterprise, and innovation. By collaborating with institutions like Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design and the Glasgow School of Art, we offer students hands-on opportunities to work alongside industry professionals, gaining essential skills and practical experience. We also host tours for universities such as St. Andrews and Stirling, providing an inside look at our operations and team dynamics. These exchanges enrich both sides, reinforcing our commitment to learning and mutual growth.

Scott & Fyfe is committed to developing future leaders by welcoming paid interns from diverse disciplines and cultural backgrounds. Our interns have included design graduates from Scotland, a textiles student from the Netherlands, an accounting graduate from Mongolia, and a marketing graduate from Pakistan. Many of these talented individuals transition from interns to permanent team members, enriching our company with fresh perspectives and specialised expertise.

We are dedicated to empowering young people in our community through targeted training and employment programmes. By offering employability skills training and work experience to unemployed youth, we help bridge the gap to meaningful employment, with successful candidates often joining our team full-time.
