Liner Installation
Our glass tubular knitted composite with a range of advanced polymer coatings and saturated in resin is inserted into a damaged pipe bending round corners and adapting to pipe diameter changes without folds or wrinkles.
Curing of Liner
The resin/epoxy is then treated to cure the composite into place. To identify how much resin is required for your AlphaShield installation use our calculator.
Seamless Repair
Once hardened, Alphashield forms a new, seamless structural pipe within the old one.
