Our Coating Capabilities

Single-Layer Extrusion Coating

A single layer of molten polymer is coated onto the product. Suitable for simple applications requiring basic protection such as reinforcement or resistance to water or other environmental factors.

Co-Extrusion Coating

Multiple layers of polymer are combined simultaneously each with a specific purpose (e.g. an outer layer for weather resistance and an inner layer for adhesion). This creates strong, multi-functional barriers, especially in harsh chemical environments.

Hot Extrusion Coating

The most common method of extrusion coating, where a polymer is melted and applied to the textile at high temperatures that can give it waterproof, durable or resistant to wear.

Double-Sided Coating

Coating is applied to both sides of the fabric to give it protection or special features on both surfaces. For example, one side might be made waterproof while the other is heat-resistant, making the material versatile.

Multi-Layer Coating

This type of coating adds several layers of materials to textiles, each with a specific job like making them fire-resistant or extra durable. It’s used for fabrics that need to perform well in tough conditions.

Co-Extrusion Lamination

A layer of molten polymer is applied to the fabric or other material to bond them together. This creates a strong, durable composite material that can have special features like waterproofing or extra strength.
