Roland Pap MSc, MBA
Roland has been with Scott & Fyfe since 2010 joining the team initially as Purchasing Manager and then in 2014 also becoming responsible for the operation and growth of our Flooring POD Business.
Starting his career in Hungary where he was born and raised he then worked in New York and Thailand before coming to Scotland in 2006. Specialising in polymer and textile technology he is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Budapest and also of the New York Institute of Technology; whilst working in Thailand he also attended the ABAC University majoring in supply chain management and logistics.
As Purchasing Manager Roland works closely with our suppliers to obtain the best products for our production and innovation.
As Director of the Flooring Business his knowledge of textiles and textile technology aids customers obtain bespoke products tailored to their requirements.
Michelle Quadrelli BDes (Hons), DipM, MCIM, Chartered Marketer
A Textile Design graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee University and a Chartered Marketer, Michelle has been with Scott & Fyfe for 12 years.
A forward thinking Innovator, Michelle is responsible for the performance and development of Scott & Fyfe's Pipe Fabric Technology Business.
Using both her passion for design and marketing, Michelle was involved in the influencing and embedding of a “Creating Cultures of Innovation” program at Scott & Fyfe, which was run in conjunction with Glasgow School of Art and The Institute of Directors.
More recently Michelle was awarded the Employee Innovation Award at The Philip Baxendale Employee Ownership Awards in November 2012. This was for the design and implementation of an internal communications campaign to inform and promote the move from Family Ownership to Employee Ownership by Scott & Fyfe.
Paula Batchelor BDes (Hons) Textile Design
A Textile Design graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Paula has rejoined Scott & Fyfe as the Abrasives POD Manager after two years in a sales role within a local media company.
Previously with Scott & Fyfe as Marketing Officer and then Business Development Officer, Paula was involved with the transformation of the company's innovation space museum, kick-starting the CRM and updating the company website, alongside looking after all the POD leaders' needs with marketing material.
Paula’s experience within sales in the local market, her established understanding of the Scott and Fyfe product range and passion for design and innovation is essential in her focus on the Abrasives market and its future success.
Michael Harrison BSc
Mike joined the Scott & Fyfe team in 2015 as New Business Development Executive for our Composites POD.
He studied at Manchester University of Science and Technology (UMIST) and in the early part of his career gained a first degree in Management & Operation. Mike has over 30 years experience of working in technical textiles and composites having previously worked in Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Ballistics and Thermal Insulation markets.
Mike is now our Composites Business Manager and continues to work closely with customers to develop added value solutions to their needs.
