We continually remodel our product portfolio to service and support the prevailing market of the day.

With that said, in the spirit of continuous improvement, our range of Alphashield CIPP products has been expanded and refined into four new product groups:

Alphaduct

Alphaduct is our seamless glass textile liner designed and developed for the fast assistance of pipe rehabilitation systems. The unique 100% glass tubular knitted structure can come with either a TPU or PVC outer foil. This material can perform diameter changes as well as lining through multiple 90° bends without any folds or wrinkles. Alphaduct also has the ability to cure in both high temperatures and ambient temperatures.

One of the exclusive new products soon to be added into the range is the patent pending Alphaduct Retractable Liner. This material has been carefully designed, manufactured, tested, and approved across a range of applications, including potable water, and heat resistant installations.

Alphamat

Alphamat is a glass spacer fabric with PVC coating. This product is flat as opposed to tubular meaning that it can be used for several applications such as wrapping the pipe as opposed to lining it and using it to line diverse and peculiar shapes and sizes.

Alphalink

We have also created our range of Alphalink which consists of Top Hats and T-Liners - a 100% glass main to lateral repair solution. Providing a long-term, reliable restoration, this quick and easy solution will revolutionise the CIPP industry.

 Alpharesin

We have been working closely with suppliers to create and perfect a range of approved resins to pair with the materials and tailor to your specific needs. The three main resin types on offer will be: Epoxy, Silica and UV.

The new range was officially launched at our exclusive event this month.

The Pipe Fabric Technology (PFT) POD recently took part in the Oil and Gas Technology Road show. The road show took place on a unique exhibition vehicle that travelled to a different Oil and Gas company every day around Aberdeen and Glasgow. Scott & Fyfe was one of 18 companies to exhibit on this road show that took place from 2nd June to 19th June.

MQtest

During this time companies including The Wood Group, Technip, Weatherford, FMC Technologies and One Subsea to name a few were visited. Over 500 key personnel from these companies visited the moving exhibition and Scott & Fyfe have received a great amount of interest from people in relation to our new pipe relining and repair products including the newly launched Alphashield.

This was a great and unique experience and is the first time S&F has ever exhibited on a roadshow. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited the stand over the 3 weeks and for their interest in our products.

As a company based in Scotland, Scott & Fyfe are used to facing colder weather but I don't think anything could have prepared me for -21°C, which was the temperature in Indianapolis last week when I attended WWETT (The Water, Wastewater Equipment, Treatment and Transport Show).

 WWETT Temp

Formerly called the Pumper and Cleaner Show, around 13,000 people from 45 countries to attend this show. This year there was more than 520 companies exhibiting and with this being the first year I have attended, it was a good opportunity for me to gain insight into the US no dig market and to meet some new contacts.

 WWETT

Over the last year we have been working hard to develop a range of lining products for this market. These have included coated felt fabrics along with our new advanced glass liners, Alphashield and Naeliner. What was really encouraging was that the key players I spoke to showed as much enthusiasm in our products as we do.

For those of you I spoke to at the show, thank you very much for taking the time to meet with me and we look forward to developing relationships with you all in the future.
